Dialogue with Ubisoft Chengdu "Assassin's Creed" developers: to improve themselves

  在前往育碧上海工作室试玩《刺客信条 英灵殿》的同时,我们也有幸采访到了来自育碧成都的两位开发者,分别是游戏副总监江岸栖和游戏制作人舒薪宇 。以往采访的都是外国的开发者们,这次能与育碧在国内的开发者们好好聊聊,也是一个难得的机会。舒薪宇(左)和江岸栖(右)  育碧成都在《刺客信条 英灵殿》中制作了东盎格利亚区域,并且基于该区域制作了游戏的第一个 Demo(试玩报告),此外还有叠石子、巨石阵、骰子这 3 个小游戏也是由他们开发。  两位开发者告诉我,育碧成都负责了东盎格利亚区域内关卡设计和关卡美术。育碧成都花费了很多时间去研究东盎格利亚的历史背景和人物,并对此编写了详细的设计文档,包括区域内的可探索地点、可互动内容和美术风格等。  育碧新加坡会参与任务设计的工作,育碧成都会和他们进行紧密的合作,与其他工作室也是

When we went to Ubisoft Shanghai studio to try out "Assassin's Creed hall", we also had the honor to interview two developers from Ubisoft Chengdu, namely Jiang Anqi, deputy director of the game, and Shu Xinyu, producer of the game. In the past, we interviewed foreign developers. It's also a rare opportunity to have a good chat with Ubisoft's domestic developers. Shu Xinyu (left) and Jiang Anqi (right) Ubisoft Chengdu made the East Anglia area in the "Assassin's Creed Hall of heroes", and based on this area, they made the first demo (Trial Report) of the game. In addition, they also developed three small games, namely, stone folding, Stonehenge and dice. Two developers told me that Ubisoft Chengdu is responsible for the level design and level art in East Anglia. Ubisoft Chengdu has spent a lot of time studying the historical background and characters of East Anglia, and has compiled detailed design documents, including explorable places, interactive content and art style in the region.
