中手游官方发布公告，宣布以 6.4184 亿港元收购大宇资讯旗下子公司北京软星 49% 的股份，及《仙剑奇侠传》IP 在大陆地区的所有权益。此前早在 2018 年 4 月，中手游就以 2.13 亿人民币入股了北京软星 51% 的股份。随着本次中手游再度对北京软星和《仙剑奇侠传》IP 进行资产收购，中手游已完成对北京软星及其旗下《仙剑奇侠传》IP 大陆地区权益的完整收购。中手游曾研发发行《新仙剑奇侠传》《新仙剑奇侠传之挥剑问情》《仙剑奇侠传九野》等数部《仙剑奇侠传》IP 作品。来源：中手游
The official announcement of China Mobile Game announced that it would acquire 49% of the shares of Beijing soft star, a subsidiary of Daewoo information, and all the rights and interests of the IP of the legend of fairy sword and chivalry in the mainland for HK $641.84 million. Previously, as early as April 2018, China mobile game took a 51% stake in Beijing soft star with RMB 213 million.
