7月15日消息，运动品牌特步今日发布公告，香港影星谢霆锋以每股作价4.5港元认购特步新发型的全部500万股股份，折合人民币总价约1938.48万元，完成股份认购后，谢霆锋将持股0.23%。公告称，特步公司所得股份将用于特步品牌与谢霆锋共同研发的运动产品系列中，谢霆锋将继续担任特步公司的代言人。据悉，此次认购达成前，特步公司股票收市价为3.98港元，谢霆锋所购股票溢价13.1%。运动品牌正处于消费升级下的快速期。特步2015年财报显示，全年营收实现52.95亿元，同比增长10.8%。经营溢利9.21亿元，同比上涨13.9%。
