Sp...

At noon on February 11, Beijing Time, SpaceX filed an application for authorization with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), opening a new window for its ambitious global satellite broadband data network. The application was submitted on behalf of its sister company SpaceX Services, hoping to license as many as 1 million Earth stations to use Starlink satellites to provide customers with Internet access. These earth stations will be used for signal transmission with the Starlink satellite group. These satellites have been approved by the FCC, and SpaceX plans to launch the first 4425 satellites using the Falcon 9 rocket this year. The company launched two broadband test satellites last year and adjusted the Starlink plan through these air-to-ground tests. SpaceX ultimately hopes to build a network of 12,000 satellites in low Earth orbit. Sp...
