根据台北电玩展上世嘉提供的《凯瑟琳 Full Body》现场试玩显示，本作的中文版将于2019年4月25日发售，比日版的2月14日略晚两个月左右。这一日期虽然不是官方正式宣布，但它来自游戏的现场中文试玩版最后画面，所以基本上是不会错。而且如果不出意外的话，这个现场的试玩版后面会对所有玩家公开，毕竟此前日文版就提前推出了试玩版。需要注意的是，《凯瑟琳 Full Body》只有 PS4 中文版，并没有 PSV 版。来源：巴哈姆特
