Lambert avocat, a law firm in Quebec, Canada, has launched a new class action lawsuit against Nintendo. The firm said its clients had been experiencing usage problems since 2018. Now, they will sue Nintendo and seek compensation from all Quebec consumers who bought switches and switch Lite, as well as joy con and switch Pro handles made by Nintendo.
