On September 17, local time, a French Grand Court ruled that Steam users in France were free to transfer their digital games. The lawsuit was filed by UFC Que Choisir, a French consumer protection group, in 2015 and has lasted for four years. As the plaintiff, UFC Que Choisir filed a number of lawsuits against the use restrictions of Steam Platform, including confirmation of the legitimacy of users reselling digital games.
