家居家装类投诉去年增37.8% 成消费纠纷多发地带

中新网北京1月28日电、国家工商总局消费者权益保护局副局长李艳明27日中国民协家居消费专业委员会成立大会上表示,2017年家居家装类的消费投诉13.78万件,同比增长37.8%。未来要进一步规范电商等新消费领域,打击商品质量低劣、虚假宣传等侵害消费者权益的行为,进一步净化家居商品市场。
