金博洋，1997年10月3日出生于黑龙江省哈尔滨市，中国花样滑冰男子单人滑运动员。由于父母都是专业长跑运动员，金博洋的身体素质也十分出众，在跳跃能力和体能方面尤为突出。2017年12月5日，金博洋入选2017CCTV体坛风云人物年度最佳男运动员奖候选名单。
