鲜花电商花点时间创始人兼CEO朱月怡今日在官方微博致信用户,对此前的“涉嫌欺诈”的传言进行了回应,称是优惠券系统设置问题。近日有媒体报道称,明星高圆圆所投资的鲜花电商“花点时间”被网友爆出不遵守服务承诺,本来没有门槛的优惠券最后成了下单金额超过3999元的7级用户才可使用。网友质疑其涉嫌虚假营销。朱月怡在信中表示,该事件的始末是优惠券系统设置问题,导致原本应该只有7级用户可见的优惠券,可以被误分享给普通用户。花点时间已经筛选出了这批异常订单,对这些用户全额退款。花点时间方面将提供两种解决方案供用户选择:如果用户选择原来的订单,将正常发货;用户也可以选择以原价99元下单,花点时间将额外多送一束专...
