《怪物猎人 崛起》官方推特在今日公开了老朋友「毒狗龙」和「水兽」的实机演示视频。毒狗龙（初登场于《怪物猎人 P3》）演示：毒狗龙一般成群结队地行动，拥有猛毒的雄性成年个体会担任种群的领导者。 有人目击到它在吐毒之前喉咙周围的毒液囊会膨胀起来，同时抬起头来吐出雾状的毒，需要注意。 水兽（初登场于《怪物猎人3》）演示：水兽脖子上的海绵状鳞片中含有大量水分，可以防止表皮干燥以帮助陆地上的活动。 鳞片开始萎缩后便会失去陆地活动的能力，并重新蓄水恢复。除此之外，官推还公布了新内容「翔虫被动」：通过快速移动重整姿势，可以避免怪物的追击。 《怪物猎人 崛起》将于 2021 年 3 月 26 日登陆 Switch 平台，支持中文。
