任天堂1月29日推送了NS平台的7.0.0更新，在本次更新中追加了系统语言对简体中文与繁体中文的支持。 玩家在NS主机连接网络之后，系统将自动下载更新补丁。如需手动更新，则需要在设定中选中“系统”一栏，并选择“系统更新”进行更新。 更新完毕之后，玩家需要从设定中选中“系统”一栏，并在语言选项中选择“简体中文”或者“繁体中文”来切换中文语言系统。 目前在eShop中也支持了中文输入，但中文商店暂未上线。
