据腾讯报道，4月9日，欢聚时代（YY）旗下游戏直播平台“虎牙直播”正式向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交了IPO申请，计划在美国纽约证券交易所上市，募集2亿美元。2017年第四季度，虎牙单个移动端用户平均日使用时长达到99分钟，2017年12月移动端用户次月留存率超过70.0%，均居于行业第一。中国另一家游戏直播巨头斗鱼，也正计划在香港申请IPO。
